I am out of words when it comes to talking about this post wedding couples portraits! I approached Laura and Brodi with this crazy idea of portraying a love story of the 1940’s….we got in the cars and headed to the country in search of some war planes that I scouted out one evening when coming from a wedding all tired at midnight….. no exact address or idea of how thins were going specially with the 100 degree Texas summer weather…..at one point I wonder if I dreamed about the planes or not but we finally found them!!!!!
I absolutely love Laura’s St Pucci’s wedding gown in contrast with the war planes and country landscape.
Thank you for going all out and helping me put into photos all of my crazy ideas! You guys are a wonderful and super lovable couple and I do not have enough words for saying how wonderful this whole journey has been to document your wedding journey!

  2. Wow! Really like the extra grain and film look, it goes well with the bride and groom! Great location, where is it?

    Jenny:

When Laura first saw your work at the bridal show she knew you were the ONLY photography she wanted. 3 seperate shoots and each time my breath is taken away! You really outdid yourself with these post wedding portraits and Laura, Brodi and I are truly thankful for the lovely wedding memories we will have each time we look at them. As a mother, my heart takes a picture each time I look at my children, especially on special occasions like my baby girl’s wedding. With your talent I am better able to share my heart’s pictures because you have captured the feel of the moment as well as the look. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Jenny, you’ve done it again! Wonderful job and very unique shots. The photos really do give you the feel of a 1940’s love story with her “vintage” dress and his suspenders. I love the use of the planes, you don’t see those in bridal photos often! Well done!

That’s so strange… I’ve been DYING to find a couple brave enough to do a shoot like this. I’ve had a location picked out for months, just can’t find the perfect couple. I refuse to let it go, though! What a great interpretation of vision. I found you through Marlow and Brandon… I went to high school with Marlow, and she knew that as a photog myself, I’d love her wedding photos. She was right! I’ve seen the whole collection, and give you hearty applause.
    Be blessed!
